Once your design proposal is approved and an installation date agreed on, the Red Umbrella team swings into the installation phase of your home staging
As we work through the layers of staging design, we build the space which ultimately adds value to your home, and translates to higher offers on your property.
Staging rentals start with a 3-month time frame, generally enough time for agents to market your property.

Staging rentals remain in the property until exchange when our team swoops in to remove and clear the property for the new owner.
Should the new owner love the furniture, we happily sell it directly to them, and all they do is collect the property’s keys and move in!
